At The North Face Breckenridge, We Want Happy Customers!
If an item you purchased doesn’t fit, or isn’t what you
expected, no worries, we’ll work with you!
Exchanges:
If you want to exchange your purchased product, please order the new item before you send back the item to be exchanged. That way there’s a better chance of us having the new item in stock. You'll be credited for the return when we receive it based upon the following criteria:
- If you exchange a product for another product, you won't be charged for original shipping on either product. Make sure to write that you ordered another product on your return sheet so that we don't charge you for shipping on the original item purchased.
Returns:
- If you return an item without purchasing another to replace it, you will be refunded the original amount less the cost of the original shipping to you.
- Items returned within 21 days of your products' recipt will be refunded on your credit card, but you'll be charged for the original shipping costs.
- Items returned past 21 days up to 40 days will receive on-line store credit. On-line credit will reflect our current on-line pricing less the shipping to you.
- After 40 days, we don't accept returns. Sorry, but it's probably a whole new season by then.
Make sure to complete the return form included in your shipping documents, and send it back with the returned product, so that we can give you your credit.
Remove the return label and tape it to the outside of your return box for mailing by the carrier of your choice.

Warranty Issues:
Genuine The North Face products are covered by warranty. If you have an issue with any The North Face product you believe is covered by a warranty, please call The North Face warranty division toll free at 1-800-447-2333 and they will be happy to assist you.
